How to order ?

Visit our website scribble.pk, add to cart all the products you want to purchase, click on proceed to checkout, then fill in your details and proceed to complete. You can pay via Cash on Delivery (COD) or through banking channels.

What if an item I ordered is not in stock?

We usually give ample time to the customer if that's the case. Either you can wait until we source the stock or we can refund the money to you and inform you once it is back in stock.

What if I received a damaged product?

We adhere to the best possible packing methods. But in case your package is obviously tampered with or there has been severe transit damage, reach out to us immediately and we will address the same.

How will I know if scribble.pk  has received my order?

After you place your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from scribble.pk  (scribblebookstore@gmail.com. ) to confirm that your orders have been well-received. Next working day local customers (within Pakistan) will receive a phone call from our department to confirm your order. Do note that an order will only be shipped when its credit card payment has been approved, and in case of COD orders. An order is shipped when billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order through “My Account”.

There’s a missing item in my order, what should I do?

If there is any missing item(s), please contact at us right away at the provided email: scribblebookstore@gmail.com or call us at: +92 333 5417773 during working hours.

How will I view my order details and history?

Sign in to “My Account’ to view your order history. Click on the order you wish to view to see the details.
Order details are also sheared via an automated email once an order is placed, be sure to check your inbox for the order confirmation email and order details.
